Fire Monitoring System means that you have a fire monitoring panel installed and connected to your fire alarm system. When the fire alarm system goes off, the fire monitoring panel will immediately send a signal to a Signals Receiving Center (sometimes called a monitoring station). An operator dispatches the appropriate Fire Department to attend the building in alarm.
An electronic heat sensor uses a thermistor to detect changes in temperature. A mechanical heat sensor, on the other hand, may be bi-metallic or pneumatic. A bi-metallic heat sensor usually has a strip made up of two different metals, which distorts when the strip is heated and closes a contact.

The kit includes warning Panel and Bell. Monitors heat level and activates the Red Light on the Warning Panel, sounds a loud panel mounted Buzzer and external Bell when temperature reaches 194 degree F or Rate of Rise is reached.
